The pet shop
The usual smell of pets hangs on the air, but there is not a trace
of dirt or filth in the store. It's a pleasant shop, well-maintained
by its owner, who makes a good amount of money on the pets he sells,
sometimes exotic ones from far away lands. However, most of his pets
are of the everyday variety.

You can buy pets in the pet shop. You may own only one pet at a time, after
the old one dies you may purchase a replacement.
Pet stores are in Palanthas, Caergoth, Naiadia, and New Thalos.
Mercenary and slave shops may also be scattered about. The best mercenary shop
is in Palanthas, on the eastern trade road. There is also one in Caergoth, and there are rumours of a slave shop in Neraka, though the way is dangerous.
