Yep a bug. You were thrown from fighting state by the death of your direct and last-in-list opponent, so your latch didn't wear off by fleeing, since you just left the battlefield by 'west' command.

Not like people are really adhering to Cabal rules these days. I mean, Guardian and Solamnia grow together. That is like Takhisis and tower growing together, well not quite but you know.

To Matt, I read a note from Biarabasopa saying specifically that he wants a beast assassin not seasonal one... Yes I know you were in Solamnia, but rules say: no assassins in Solamnia! They are an unkillable bug!
