Walking within the valley
  You are along a trail with a light coat of snow upon it. A thin coat
of snow covers the valley making it slippery. Tall trees stand like
white umbrellas  shading most of the  forest floor. A few small
animals can be seen off the trail in shrubery and around trees.
Songs of sorrow and joy are sung by the creatures of the forests,
causing you to notice the differentmelodies. The trail continues
to the north and west.
