several mighty cliffs as well as many paths to travel on.  Birds
of incredible size circle the mountain peak, while they fix
their eyes upon you.  You can see a treacherous path that
heads to the south and to the east, yet there is an extremely
well groomed path that lies to the north of here.

A Well Groomed Path
  The dirt path is well traveled, and surrounded on both sides by tall
thin trees. Gusts of wind are blowing hard, forcing the trees to sway

indicate that the wind has been worse.  One of the trees has a small
wooden sign attached to it.

Outside the Gladiator's Arena
  The massive front gate to the gladiator's arena is directly to the north.
One very mean looking guard is here, making sure no one gets in without
paying.  The building seems quite new, and the stone blocks haven't got
a single crack on them.  Large holes have been cut all around the
building, and if one looked hard enough, could catch a glimpse of what's
going on inside. A large wooden sign is staked into the ground here.
