A Knight of Solamnia rode into town and stopped at a tavern for a drink. Unfortunately, the locals always had a habit of picking on strangers. When he finished his drink, he found his horse had been stolen. He went back into the tavern, handily flipped his sword into the air, caught it above his head without even looking and stabbed it into the table in front of him. 'Which one of you locals stole my horse?' he yelled forcefully. No one answered. 'All right, I am going to have another ale, and if my horse is not back outside by the time I finish, I will have to do what I did in Solamnia! And I didn't like to have to do what I did in Solamnia!' Some of the locals shifted restlessly. The Knight, true to his word, had another ale, walked outside, and his horse has been returned to the post. He saddled up and started to ride out of town. The barkeep wandered out of the tavern and asked, 'Say sir, before you go, what happened in Solamnia?' The Knight turned back and said, 'I had to walk home.'
