Do you remember gopniks Sourn and Alpeth from my last log? THis story is about them, Heretics and a Very Strange God, I must say.

Here is the story: That band (Alpeth/Sourn) attacked us Heretics many times. They Attacked clanhall, they insulted me personally, they declared themselves to be enemies of "stupid ragers". So... we hunted each other.  

1) Yesterday I was traveling in Dale when Sourn gated to me and attacked. I killed him and looted all, remembering linkdeath from his gop-friend Apheth without any warning (and without returning things ofcourse) in my guild. (read *Great roleplay example* log). So I told him something like "Huurk took all. Return nothing. Huurk like shaman not! Next time shaman honorable, Next time - return."
2) Today Sourn and Alpeth attacked our clanhalls. We fought them, someone killed Alpeth (not sure who). And  
Horyath looted all. I saw the corpse, but took nothing. But I cant blame Horyath. He dropped some of that non-limited crap in the clanhalls.

eyes. When  blood has receded - healer laid with the

Now Im deciding if I want to play Solace again and I ask Immortals to explain their position. I know, I know my presence here isnt a right and so on. I value your work, fellas. You all work hard to bring fun to us so I dont think I have any rights to demand something.

You have to watch yourself not others. If they looted all your equip that doesn't mean that you may do the same. You are suppose to fight for idea and belives not for equip. If you are wish to full loot play clanless and loot all whom ever you want. (Remind you all once again - Tower HAVE RIGHT TO FULL LOOT ANY PERSON and it depends from a character from Tower will he or she  leave you some of your equip or  just will return only dust (usualy Tower returns equip because they aren't an organization of thieves and thier main goal differ). Only HERTICS' THIEVES HAVE RIGHT TO FULL LOOT a corpse of an enemy, KNIGHTS OF TAKHISIS HAVE RIGHT TO FULL LOOT ONLY IN SPECIAL CASES(example: one takhisis knight defending his HQ from 2-3 solamnic knights and one from attackers got killed, in this case takhisis knight have to weaken his enemy due his code he/she  MUST to FULL LOOT and sacrifce all that he/she can).

You should rather pray/report to Immortals that he spamm attacks you. And loot, lets say, 2-5 things. This way you will not face bad consequences.  ;)

You can loot, of course. But keep in mind, it is not so good to full loot and spamm kill people. You are powerful and brave fighters. You wouldn't probably attack 2vs1, or even 3vs2. This is a very delicate subject to discuss anyway...

But this brave Heretics come to Tower when they has two-time advantage at least..... not less.....  ;D Only Semaj come alone sometimes (this is a brave Warlord as I see :) )

So let me get this straight, if I were in a clan and someone killed me, I couldn't fight them and get my stuff back if they weren't in a clan?
I kinda thought thats what the knights were for, I mean in the books they basically were to police of world, they served justice, and upheld their own laws.
So in theory a random pkiller, would be a prime target for the knights, because he is breaking the law.
So I guess, this is a bit of a question/suggestion.
If you can't pk clanless players, why not create a clan to Protect the clan players from non-clan aligned players? If that makes sense.
And is there a rule about getting your eq back after being killed? I just want to know for future reference. If I were in a clan, and a non-clan aligned player killed me, would it be alright for me to kill him and get my stuff back? PK - is  a criminal action only in law-zone.
And there will be guardians soon (i beleave) who will protect players on law-zones.
And yes, sure if you have been killed by some unclanned character and was full looted by him,  you can slay and full loot him.  And recover not only your stuff, but also and get his.. Why not ? His equipment you can allways sacrifice if you are  a Knight or a Heretic.

I believe what Spoon was trying to say about the Knights was that a random PK-er is someone who would be seen as a menace and a threat against the people the Solamnics are sworn to protect (at least in the series they are).

alright guys, i've been away for 2 days, and havnt checked this forums in over a week, but quite frankly, no offense to the immortals, but this is beginning to become outrageous, perhaps we could be alittle less strict? i mean heretics are suppose to kill anyone who uses magic, ANYONE who hasnt pledged himself to the camp. and anyone who uses magic must be killed.
