I just had an idea for a feat for fighters (maybe rangers and paladins too)
"physician"
Through extensive training in battlefield treatment and medicine,
you have brought your ability to apply first aid to a level far beyond
your fellow warriors. You may now use the bandage ability without
delays inbetween uses (ie: no 4 hour lag).

I believe this feat would be overpowered if there was no delay for bandaging.  I could just see someone with decent armor spamming bandage, more then making up for the 0-2 hits they were taking each round.  IF there was a 1 tick delay on it i think it would be a reasonably useful feat, although, not as useful as other feats that are available.

I think that this could actually be a good idea. I'd make it so that bandage or laying on of hands had a reduced lag time in affects, but give a skill to increase general healing times (like trance for mages).

Battle Medic I'd call it.

But I'm not an imp Smiley
