If you're really bored and say, don't have shapeshift skill yet as an alterer, while you're training and no enemy pks are around you might use it...weak attempt at an explanation here Grin

This is a remort skill, replaced with survival instincts. Very strange that it was assigned to shapeshifted transmuters. Now it was completely removed.
