They do not have that object.

It would seem so but who is to say...perhaps killing her is the only way....or perhaps getting caught at the right hour we will find that she has the sight to give the ring.

As I recall, if I'm thinking of the right ring, where Jemma dragged off poor little me to help her request it ( Grin

), it's just that the faerie can't see invis. So, you can either kill her, or enlist the aid of a friendly abjurer to let the faerie in on what she's wearing Grin
