Strangely enough, dwarves can be even assassins, but not knights. Also minotaurs who are concerned about glory, don't have any chances to become knights. What do you think?

if there are outcosts Minos then should be and knights also.

Rubbish. Mino priests were disbanded because mino resists plus sanctuary made them imbalanced. Same about knights.

According to the background of the MUD that is completely forgotten by all the implementors *tip* and players *sieg-hail*, knights can only be of human race, with some small exceptions for the heroes of Lance War.
