IMHO  I believe IMM's should not commune with players IN the game, OR forum.
If communication is needed, then let it be by IMM's who are delegated to dealing with cheats, abuse etc. And no, it should not be just one or two IMM's having to do everything.
Solace workings should run like a business, and the top boss cannot and should not be involved in every little nit picking session.
IMM's maybe need to set out clearly (clearly mainly for those who seem to not understand) the rules, and make ONE set of rules, for clans, etc. And IF they are changed, then notify players well ahead of time.

If players wish to discuss the game in forum, by all means do so, but should it become slanderous, offensive etc, then yeah, warn them, then ban them if need be.

Players need to STOP BEING SELFISH and ruining the game for others, and yeah, go to CF if you are unhappy here, and stop comparing this game with CF and please, LET'S not turn it into CF.

Go try these antics in CF and see how far you get. I was banned for just going .... riiiiiiiiiiight .... to an IMM in newbie channel. So they ARE WORSE!!!

But as I say .... I think IMM's have no need to communicate with players in FORUM or game, unless it is a legit question, or help needed.

Instead of adding to the problems with slander, foolhardy tricks (signing someone elses name) offensive language etc, lets try and work to make Solace work for the good of the game.

If I was a shop owner and you were my customers, I would slam the door in your faces and ban you from entering my abode or shop if you carried on like you do here.

STOP pointing the finger at each other ... there is not ONE person to blame but all. Lets just look at changing ourselves ok? Come on guys.  Be turtles and pull ya bloody heads in and shut up. Just play.
