Gold BUG!

The corpse of DDDD holds:
     113079 silver coins and 4208 gold coins


if you die and try to get this gold from self corpse,
you get a message 113079 silver coins and 4208 gold coins: you can't carry that much weight.

And if you don't get gold from your corpse, and it goes into the pit, you are still unable to retrieve if with the same message.

remove all your clothing and drop everything, then try to get the coins again while naked. once gotten coins, then get your clothes and stuff again.

i used this method successfully when i encounter same "bug", but then again i never had so many coins. just 3k+ gold and 40k+ silver.

No, still couldn't get the gold. The pit in Kalaman (evil) had gold also. (BUG)

I saw some of those nice big shiny piles of gold, too much for my poor elven arms...so what did I do?  I called a friendly minotaur person I had trained with before and trusted, of course, and split it with him!  Net gain for Serril and Maldor, 9k gold each
