btw, I can be wrong, but unless followers of reorx should not be true neutral?

I think it's a big damn BUG !
It's does not matter true neutral or chaotic, the reason is
in empower spell or forge hammer spell.
My druid creates staff with empower spell and wield it,
though druid is 25 and staff is 27.
