it's really to do such damage even through 30 saves
just attune (maybe), 3 empower spells, raistlins spell enhancer (maybe), spellcraft, and lvl difference could be worked in one round

I cant just remove 500 hp in one round.

Very very strange.
I've seen heretics removed much more then 500hp in one round.
Also you didn't have resist and spellbane as you was raided ?
