These rules did not stop me from having a kender fighter in Heretics. =)
He was a Heretic for the whole thirty minutes, more then enough for him to meet several mages and chatter with them. (No! No! Only chatter, truly, kenders aren't bloodthirsty :-P)

These elves are called wild because they live far from others
Not because they are uncivilized barbarians. "Kaganesti" should be used instead of "wild elf". Though in my opinion all wild elves should be neutral.

I totaly agree with you that wild elf should only be neutral.

but if you live far away from civilization/in a whild/ there is something
wrong with you in sense that you are not entierly ok with civilization..
and buy no way you should be abel to join Solamnia wich lives by stricks rules
of civilized.

speaking of wild elves living far from the city. the idea of allowing a wild elf as a thief is a joke. A theif lives in the city outside the law. speaking of that is that kender a theif class? if so how can a thief be alowed to be one who is sworn to uphold the law.if not the plain fact is as much as you try and RP a kender a kender has no real place dealing out law. A chaotic clan would be more suited.
that is just my opinion.
