Any idea why this skill is weaker then normal backstab?
in other words it sucks Tongue

Its weaker because two free annihilates from your first attack would be quite powerful. So you get one and a demolish, its nice, don't worry  Wink

One of my favorite moments in my Solace history was the following:

Ithren - cleric of mishakal, rolled just after they were implemented and were virtually undestroyable. Unlike Bajoi's Eleum, which was dressed in autoheals, Ithren was dressed to augment her resistances and was almost totally immune to physical attacks, was immune to all elemental attacks and highly resistant against most of others.

Once she got blackjacked by a thief of Takhisis army and fully dispelled by accompanying transmuter.

She survived the backstab, yeah... she had 2100 hps (very strict practice-conserving munchkinism + manuals + elite gear + mishakal's empowers). But she fled in around 300hps =)

The key here is munchkinism - munchkinized thief with finest dagger and dressed in damroll stuff failed to outmunchkin cleric of munchkinism.
