Tower is dead?

Out of curiousity, has anyone seen any tower mages at all lately?  Judging from locate, heretics have had them raided for over a week now, if I remember right...is there an immortal who will handle applicants, perhaps, at least until there's an arcane lord, or is this a dead clan?  Or am I just on at the wrong times?

I'm glad too. It is not very good to stay alone in Tower for years and see its slow downfall.  At least immortals have done first step in recovering of the Tower.
