I was victim of polymorph. When it faded, i got this message, like if i am transmuter.

Your body undergoes a rapid transformation and you revert to your true form.
With twisting contortions your body returns to its former self.
Your unholy protection seems to fade away.
With a final angry rumbling, a cloud of flies buzzes away from you.
You feel able to release visions of yourself again.
You feel more susceptible to magic.
Your mouth waters for the taste of warm flesh.
You feel weaker.
You rub the dirt out of your eyes.
You feel yourself slow down.
Your eldritch shield fades away.
Your skin softens.
