russia is suffering from frost... -30..-56 Celcium...  Huh

Idea for invokers: prepare room for heat and frost, very large damage this damtaype every hour to all who doesn't immune.  Smiley

I was personally thinking of a more advanced weather system  Smiley  something that will do more then simply provide you with emotes to feed your tick-timer triggers.
