Won't strip _your_ lower resists and windwall (next boot), invokers have no more maladictions right?

Invoker can use any maladiction by means of scrolls/wands/etc. It can blind by flaming flag on weapon.

yes, fire breath (blinded by smoke)
the rest: as you wish. And thanx.

by the way, for those who think about pick this feat or not story:
1 time: fire resist (Takhisis cleric)
1 time: carapace (druid)
nearly 5 of fly (from exGhosts who came to reraid).
100+ lowered resists (0 in PK)
100+ windwall (0 in PK)
that's all

with this fix it will remains useless (in PK, but what you expect dispell from MOB ?!) but at least not annoying (as it was)
