- make chance for downstrike on all downed foes, from groups bashs, trips etc

-well..someone just spoke of some skills that are never useable or even worth practicing.  Downstrike is triggered by an unfavorable skill due to ease of flight and shields and triggers much less then say ground control.  for its weakness some adjustment is suggested. 
    So I have 8 chars for this purpose and just cycling through them to see obselete skills.  You speak of overpower, the spellbook of course right? ... perhaps some spells can be removed but another post for that.

- item forgery is much more useful if thieves can place fakes  in others inventory without them knowing.
