I had impression that this character's (Ehlin) goal is to seek knowledge but it seems he prefers to interfere in battle of evil and good.
Obviously helping Solamnia is more important to him then to vaste his time seeking knowledge.
Therefore,i suggest he should lose his title and regain
a new one : Ally of Solamnia
so all clan members can be warned that there is one,hidden and unofficial knight of Sword called Ehlin.
He is Solamnia's spy, disguised in ex-tower robes

   And my view is, if Ehlin dedicated himself to seek knowledge,his alignment must have lesser influence on his RP.
   Why dark elves and elves can be together in Tower,not killing themself? Because they both dedicate to Tower,neglecting their alignments.
   By the way,view from log given,you misjudged situation.I was raped by dragon and Menelmacar,and to make it more balanced Ehlin should sanc me.... After all ,i have died,while Menelmacar could stay for hours safe behind dragon's wings

Who are you to know of my goals in a first place?  
Not a single sane person will do only one thing during his life, it was a welcome stream of fresh air to watch this fight (and interfere in it.. after all, did i soften someone? or paralyzed?   )
As for my allying with Solamnia.. i bet that several knights will disagree with you on that topic and will offer to brand me as an ally of something completely different. *wink Bomethos, Deas*
